Couldn’t have asked for a better venue or food for our football team over the bank holiday weekend. We were a large (very large!) group and it took some organising but Maz was extremely patient and accommodating for us. They set us up in a lovely garden room, the children had the run of the play area from there which was ideal. Our orders came out quickly in an organised, timely way served by lovely helpful staff - and most importantly the food (particularly the chicken) was absolutely delicious. Thank you Maz, and all the staff at Widemouth Manor for helping make our weekend on tour fantastic. If we return in the future we’ll definitely be back. Roggie Football Team

Whether it’s a meal or just a drink your after, the Widemouth Manor is well worth a visit. The outside seating area has stunning views across the bay as does the main restaurant. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful food, really lovely place to sit and chill. The staff are really friendly, we were looked after by Dylan, he was great. Would definitely recommend the burger and steaks. Could have sat there all evening!

We stayed here for 3 days and genuinely regretted not booking a longer stay. For establishments like this that bank primarily on location, Widemouth manor delivers fantastically on other benchmarks like service, food quality & ambience as well. From Breakfast to Dinner, food served here is Unpretentious, Impressive and appetizing. The place has a rustic feel good ambience that blends well with the breath taking external surroundings. Staff were always pleasant from check-in to dinning to checking out, no complaints whatsoever. For families traveling with little ones, there’s a bare minimum play area which is quite rare with hotels these days and acts as a serving grace when dealing with untimely child tantrums. Our little one enjoyed the play area from start till I handed over the key during checkout. The external seating area if weather permits adds further appeal to this fine establishment. Free Parking - in a place like Bude, the sheer presence of a free parking within the hotel premises is a Luxury, one shouldn’t take for granted when visiting Widemouth Manor. All in all, Widemouth Manor will definitely be our go to place when visiting Bude again. Thanks to the staff, the owners and their 2 lovely pets that made our short stay worthwhile. Pictures uploaded here don’t do justice to the surroundings, but should at the least entice future patrons to give this place a must visit status.

We had a most enjoyable meal here over the Easter Weekend. Despite being uber busy, obviously, the service and food were both very good. The mostly female team offered us excellent service, led by Mags who was also most hospitable. Thank You.

Absolutely superb meal! I had the lamb and my husbandson had burgers Our meals were piping hot and served within a short period of time. For dessert, I had lemon roulade and my son chocolate brownie, again, absolutely superb Service was great, with attentive and friendly staff. Would DEFINITELY recommend coming here. Very reasonably priced. We visit this area every year, but have never tryed this place, more fool us. I can honestly say, hand on heart, this was by far, the best meal out our family has had in a VERY long time.
